RESERVATIONS

Spaces are booked from 12 noon to 12 noon, for one or more weeks,according
to your choice. The space must be free on the last day of the stay by 12
noon at the latest (reservations accepted according to dates available).

If you have not arrived 24 hours after the start of your
reservation period,the reservation will be taken as cancelled.
We will keep the deposit and the space will be made available to other visitors.

When booking,please enclosse with the coupon a money order or a cheque for 100 € ,
made out to SARL CAMPING LE PALAIS DE LA MER This amount includes a
non-refundable administration fee of 25 € and a deposit of 75 € against the total cost
of your stay WHICH MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON ARRIVAL AT THE SITE.

Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation is received after 1 May.

The acceptation of the reservation contract engages you to respect the indicated and
reserved period.Every ulterior change exposes you to cancellation and lost of your deposit.

Payment : Invoice with total amount of stay minus deposit,payable on arrival.

Please pay your deposit within one week, if you make a reservation by e-mail or fax.
If we have not received your deposit on time, we will not make any reservation.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

After receipt of the reservation order and down payment (1/3 of the rent),
we will send you the confirmation as well as an inventory of the equipment.

The down payment will be deducted from your total invoice upon
arrival on the campsite (except 25 € ,wich will be retained as registration fee)

If the desired period is booked out,you will be reimbursed the
entire down payment without deduction of registration fee.

Days of arrival : Saturday between 2.00 pm and 8.00 pm
Days of departure : Saturday before 10.00 am

Delays : when the renter does not inform us of a later arrival date by telegram,
the reserved accomdation shall be relet 24 hours after the date stipulated in
the booking and the downpayment shall be retained by the management.

Early departure / late arrival : In such a case the rental
sum in its totality is due, from the first to last reserved day.

Cancellation : For all cancellations made after 1 May, the down-payment isn’t reimbursed.
Guarantee : A guarantee of 230 € must be put down upon arrival. It ’s reimbursed upon
departure after possible deduction for any damaged or missing equipment.
A lump sum of 50 € will be retained when the accomodation is not clean.
